Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Fresh Produce, Refrigerated & Frozen Items

Refrigerated or frozen items are eligible for return or replacement within 24 hours of delivery only. These items are eligible for replacement or store credit only and must be reported within the 24-hour window.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • Unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and resolve it promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a replacement item is to:

  1. Request a return for the original item, and

  2. Place a new order once the return is approved


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Bank or credit card processing times may vary
